Terms of Service
These terms cover your account and this website. Each drop has its own Official Round Termscovering that round’s entry window, reserve, state exclusions and prize — you accept those when you bid, and they are linked from the round page.
1. Who runs this
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, any NFL club, or any player.
2. What a bid is
Each round hides one autographed NFL jersey. The team is chosen at random and committed as a SHA-256 hash before bidding opens, and the team and the random nonce are published after the round closes, so anyone can check that the answer was fixed in advance. The highest bid when the clock stops wins the right to submit one guess at which team it is.
A correct guess wins the jersey. An incorrect guess — and a guess window that lapses without a pick — receives one randomly selected football card from the pool described in that round’s terms. Both outcomes are stated on the round page before you bid.
3. Money
- Only the winning bid is ever charged. Nothing is charged, held or authorised while bidding is open. A losing bidder pays nothing.
- A bid is refused unless your account could pay it — a points balance, or a card on file within the exposure limit. That check exists because the winner is unknown until the clock stops.
- If a winning charge fails, you get a published grace window (stated in the round terms) to complete it before the right to guess passes to the next bid. We email you when that window opens.
- Points are not money. They are spendable on rounds in this application only. They are not redeemable for cash, not transferable to another person, and they do not expire. Deleting your account gives up any remaining balance.
- All prices are in US dollars. Card details are collected by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages and never reach this application.
4. Your account
- One account per person. You must be 18 or older.
- Your handle is what appears publicly — on the bid ladder and on the winners page. Your name is never published.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your device secure. You can end every session from your profile.
- You may delete your account at any time. Your email, handle, shipping address and payment methods are removed; your bids and points history remain under an anonymous marker, because they are the record of auctions other people took part in and the public bid ladder has to keep adding up.
5. Shipping
We ship to United States addresses only, including US territories and APO/FPO. We cannot ship internationally. An address you supply is copied onto the shipment record when the obligation is created, so editing your address later does not change where a parcel already on its way is going.
6. Fair play
Automated bidding, scripted entry, multiple accounts and any attempt to interfere with the entry process void the entries concerned. The draw itself receives entry identifiers and nothing else — not who bid, not what they paid — so it cannot favour anyone.
7. Changes and contact
We may change these terms; a round’s own Official Round Terms are fixed for the duration of that round and are published with a hash so you can prove they did not change after you accepted them.
